Kindly provide a detailed itinerary upon requesting a quote. Pricing is strictly mileage dependent, and extra charges will beincurred if the mileage travelled exceeds that listed in original itinerary
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable:
If cancellation is less than 30 days to booking date
For cancellations based on weather conditions
For change of travel plans
Cancellations PRIOR TO 30 DAYS before date of departure will incur a 25% handling fee.
If cancellation is made on the day of travel, ARRIVA COACHES has the right to claim the outstanding amount payable in full.ACCOMODATION
ACCOMODATION
Arriva Coaches is not responsible for the accomodation of the passengers embarking on a tour or transfer at the destination
Passengers are not allowed to sleep overnight in the vehicle at the destination
No cooking or prepartion of meals is allowed in the vehicle
No bathing is allowed within the toilet of the coach
Drivers’ accomodation and food for the clients’ account unless otherwise stated
SUBSTANCE ABUSE
Smoking is strictly forbidden within the coach and or the coach toilet
Passenger/s who choose to smoke, use alcohol or drugs of any kind within the coach will face legal action
Alcohol is not allowed on the coach
Any damage to the interior as a result of smoking or alcohol will be for the paying parties account
Arriva Coaches will not be held responsible in the event that the passenger/s injure him/herself as a result of any form of intoxication of any means
DAMAGES
Arriva Coaches will not be held responsible for any incidents, injury or accidents beyond it’s control e.g poorly contructed, bumpy or damaged road surfaces
Storms, snow or other weather related delays on the journey resulting in delay or having to utilize a longer routes or diversions. The cost of such will be for the clients’ account
Arriva Coaches is not responsible for the damage or misplacement of luggage, goods, parcels or any object due to negligence of the passengers
BREAKDOWNS
In the event of a mehanical breakdown of a vehicle we will dispatch a mechanic from the nearest point of breakdown.
If the vehicle cannot be repaired or it will take too long for the repairs to be effected a replacement vehicle will be dispatched by Arriva Coaches
If the paying party / organizer make their own arrangements without consent from Arriva Coaches, they will be held liable for all payments incurred
Arriva Coaches will hold no liabilty and will not pay for any vehicles, hotel accomodation etc.
